Immerse yourself in the foundations of yoga with our Back to Basics Beginner Yoga Course.
A hugely popular way to start your yoga journey, where you will learn the fundamentals of a yoga practice, at a slow and relaxed pace. Build confidence and progress week on week.
Over the 4 week course you will learn;

How to use props to support your practice

How to modify or progress your practice to suit your needs

Different styles of yoga
The Back to Basics course is suitable for complete beginners, those wishing to establish a regular practice or anyone wishing to refresh their knowledge on the basic principles.
This course will run from 14th March - 4th April.
Every Monday, 6:15pm at April's Farm, Enham.

I have tried yoga many times over the years, and even though the classes were always ‘suitable for beginners’, I found I just couldn’t keep up and so never continued.
I attended Sian’s beginners course in September 2020 and not only did I keep going after week one, I have also continued during the latest lockdown, attending Sian’s online classes too.

The classes are small and friendly and they take you through the basic poses used in yoga. They are great fun and build your confidence and skills so you feel ready to take on other classes.
